We teach regular classes in Rockingham Mandurah and Atwell open to beginners who currently exercise, and experienced yogis.
You will be challenged physically and mentally, and encouraged to extend yourselves gradually in class and over time to explore and benefit from your yoga practise more deeply.
Careful attention is given to correct form and alignment in the poses.
Classes have a therapeutic basis to encourage your body, through appropriate stretching, strengthening
This principle also reinforces the value of cross training. Many students exercise recreationally or train for sports. They find their yoga practice enhances the value and effect of that training.
We practise regularly because it feels good and it’s fun, and to enjoy the deeper benefits of yoga!
