BODY CONNECTIONS YOGA
We teach regular classes in Rockingham and
open to physically active beginners and experienced yogis.
You will be challenged physically and mentally,
and encouraged to extend yourselves gradually
in class and over time to explore and enjoy
your yoga practise more deeply.
Careful attention is given to correct form
and alignment in the poses.
Classes have a therapeutic basis to encourage
your body, through appropriate stretching, strengthening
and correct breathing, to return to optimum shape and function.
This principle also reinforces the value
of cross training. Many students exercise recreationally or train for sports. They find their yoga practice enhances the value and effect of that training.
We practise regularly because it feels good and it’s fun,
and to enjoy the deeper benefits of yoga.
