Kim White came to yoga in the 1980’s to work with old sports injuries. He discovered something deeper, floating for three days after that first session, when he found his head on his knees in Uttanasana!
Starting Yoga Therapy classes with renowned teacher Kale Leaf in the 90’s Kim worked closely with his guru, diving deeply into five great years of learning, assisting and teaching yoga in this uniquely therapeutic and restorative way.
Evolving in this challenging time Bodyconnections Yoga grew from 2000 onwards at home in Safety Bay.
A two-time cancer survivor, Kim works with many teachers these days, in Australia and abroad. And elements of their teachings continue to inspire as breathing, movement, enquiry and awareness combine to create a powerful approach to Health and Wellbeing thru’ yoga.
